We sit once fortnightly for physical phenomena and there are 4 of us now. Two members recently dropped out or to be more accurate were ousted by spirit! We were getting brilliant results with table tilting and related phenomena, but there was something not quite right. Since the two have left we have cleansed the room we use and sat last night. The atmosphere last night was lighter and the energy fresher, the phenomena was more controlled and calmer. Once we start to build again I will post the outcomes here.

Think we needed to learn a few lessons regarding who we allow to sit and what they maybe influenced by. We have learned a valuable lesson and we are back on track...will not fill in the gaps ;-)

We had a one that was bent on self in the group taking and not giving. One week I sat for he the nxt should have sat for me...never interested then.....the arrogance and rudEness to spirit IN THE ATTITUDE really gobsmacked me, he left of own accord thank goodness what a difference..The energy soared I felt the difference so did sitter Ruth here at the time...We know dont we the need for HARMONY but man seeing it action... NO DOUBT THERE.. ...Gd luck with all for you.''fab tables are us'' ha ha...only need two to be fabbo we have three another to join in new year... 4 years ago we had 11....bonkers..far to many for here anyway.. learned so much re the need for quality not quantity in energy..huh??? Persons with no personal agenda and just there for SPIRIT TO GIVE.

Yes agreed... this person came with an ego, but also unconsciously open to any influence good or bad. The energy last night was like a rebirth and very pure. Could feel my head being controlled last night and pulled back...and the room was much calmer. The frenetic and chaotic energy has gone, thankfully lol! We had a few drums move in the room last night, but without making a noise so hopefully this will build.
I will keep you posted, but any guidance or questions feel free to ask or offer :-)

We have started using a Raudive Diode with a digital recorder. Early days yet, but I am hoping we will get something. Its trawling through the recording afterwards that wears me out lol!

Just a brief update peeps. We sat with another group just before Christmas and used a table and had great results which was a relief for us (that we had phenomena) and a new experience for them. Following the Christmas break we sat last Friday and we started with the table with no results at all and decided to sit in the silence and to build energy in the room. It seems that spirit want us to move on from the table tipping at the moment and concentrate our energies differently. I will keep you posted with any changes etc...

hi all, ive just joined, but I am really interested in sitting for physical, I think this is where I should be, so if anyone knows of any circles opening there doors for new sitters around wilts, glost, please bear me in mind..xx
